A man died and three were injured on Friday in Gurgaon after lightning struck a tree under which they had been standing to avoid getting drenched in the rain. The horrific incident was caught on a security camera.
As I remember, myself and most people I know were told as children to not do this. Choices, get wet, get a bolt of lightening up your ass. I think he chose the wrong one.

One guy died from a lightening strike on the local links where I used to caddy when I was young. The club installed a supposed lightening proof shelter on every other hole after that. Didn't help. Another guy got struck on the way to one of the shelters a couple years later.
I hope they were wearing their masks. Ohio Guy
