It is not a Green initiative to fight Climate Change
Ask anybody who is from the former Soviet Union, Cuba or Venezuela and they will tell you the same thing that popped in my head when I first saw it: Food rationing and the infamous food lines:
Time to start growing food instead of grass. I gotta admit I’m blessed to live here. 1 moose is a year’s worth of red meat, a good weekend in August can fill a freezer box with salmon & halibut. Wood fired heat & grill, cast iron dutch oven to bake in. Old fashioned ice box for the 3 months of warm weather. Everything frozen goes out back in winter and refrigerated stuff lives in the arctic entryway. Learned an awful lot from my depression era grandparents.....
I'm working on a Democrat Voter Jerky recipe, I will get rich selling it to my neighbors. Well, at least the neighbors that I don't bake.
ReplyDeleteCutting red meat in your diet may prolong your life by about a year (from an actuarial viewpoint), but it will decrease the quality of life for most.
