In a little-noticed decision with a major impact on the firearms industry, a federal judge in Arizona has ruled in favor of pistol manufacturer Glock and dismissed a suit brought by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence on behalf of a man who was accidentally shot and paralyzed.
U.S. District Court Judge Susan Brnovich upheld liability immunity granted in the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act passed in 2005 to block gun-makers from a potential wave of industry-killing lawsuits.

God answers all prayers, sometimes the answer is fuck off commie. (Probably not in those exact words.)
ReplyDeleteThe commie left has one HUGE advantage in their war on guns....the criminals running the judiciary allow them to file the SAME lawsuits OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER until they find a judge who rules in their favor. Our side has to win EVERY lawsuit just to say where we are....they get as many attempts as they like to steal freedom from us. They may have lost THIS suit, but they will keep filing them. And in the meantime the criminals infesting The District Of Criminality will keep trying to legislate away th law protecting firearm manufacturers.
ReplyDeleteZactly and someone will okay it.
DeleteImagine the exponential destruction of society. Sue the car mfgrs, knife, club, alcohol, literally the mfgrs of anything and everything that could be used to kill someone.
ReplyDeleteEspecially when you consider there's a shitload of things that kill more people than guns do.
DeleteJustice is not done until The Brady group pays all of Glocks legal expenses.
