NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A Nashville man has been arrested after setting a fire to a propane tank cage at a local Kroger and other locations.
The Nashville Fire Department (NFD) reports 41-year-old Marcus Antonio Dement was arrested on Thursday and charged with three counts of aggravated arson.
