CALAVERAS COUNTY (CBS13) — There is controversy brewing as several people in Calaveras County are working on plans to form a militia for protection.
The main organizer, Doug Rockey of Copperopolis, claims the militia would not be armed.
Rockey owns Spur R Guns. He hosted a community meeting this week about the formation of the Calaveras Community Service Militia. He told CBS 13 the effort is peaceful and he used the word militia to “attract attention.“
Anna needs to go back to grammar school or pay her proof reader more. Story was barely readable. I'm sure the shortcomings are often overlooked the more she twirls her hair and smacks her gum...
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteSheriff says; we don't, we don't, we're not
ReplyDeleteWell sheriff we don't give a fuck what you want. It's what we want that matters so either get on-board or get out of our way asshole.

Anna Giles, ask for your money back.
ReplyDeleteBad writing aside....
ReplyDeleteDoes the sheriff not understand that these residents are NOT asking permission?
They WILL do this.
But if not armed, what’s the point?
ReplyDeleteHard to believe Copperopolis is big enough to actually have a 'Copperopolis' sign like that. When I was running around that country all there was was rock fences and cows. I liked it better back then.
ReplyDeletePeaceful militia or attention whore? Best to keep that shit on the down low. If Omar comes snoopin around, yer too loud. If he's of proper belief, you'll know it in the first few minutes of conversation. Some folks are just confused and don't do things the right way. Jussayin' Ohio Guy
