I'm a little biased in picking #20 as my favorite, because my family on my father's side has been falling timber in the PNW and Alaska since 1926, that could be one of them....
And they did it with a Pall Mall or a Camel hanging from the corner of their mouth. That's the reason I was never able to grow a decent moustache for a lot of years. Always had a notch on the left side where the cigarette hung. They were so rough they were their clothes out from the inside
Backwoods Okie: Nobody in my family smokes (or smoked past tense because they are gone) but I did work falling timber with an Irishman who is one of the toughest people I've ever known, and yes, he smoked two packs of Pall Mall Gold 100's a day, all while falling trees. We never could figure out how he could work as hard as he did while smoking those things for 40 years. Some people just defy all conventional rules about health.
