It always amazes me when I see people trying to get selfies with wild animals like bears and buffaloes. Blacks in Africa know better than that shit, but Americans have somehow forgotten these critters are dangerous and strong. And fast. I’m pretty sure we’ve passed our “sell by” date.
There’s a cartoonist up here, does a strip called Tundra, my favorite strip has some tourists getting off a bus with animals all around. The caption says, “Alaska-Off the Bus and onto the food chain”

ReplyDeleteWe've become too divorced from real nature. Too much 'Six Flags Animal Park,' where the lions come right up to the car.
DeleteWhy did a vision of an American tourist in Africa trying to get a selfie with a Cape, come to mind!

DeleteAlmost an 'effed around and found out moment.
