You misspelled Las Vegas.(Supposed to hit 114 today, with highs up to 116 through the weekend.)
But its a dry heat. At that temp the gamblers there can't leave and the incoming can't get there.
Looks more like someone driving through a puddle/pile of roofing tar.
I happened to be in Riyadh one fine July years ago and all the car tires were so soft they would squeal any time anybody stopped or turned.
Chinese tires?
