BLANCHARDVILLE, WIs. — Two teens are accused of stealing two cars and crashing them early Thursday before robbing a nearby restaurant twice, Wisconsin authorities said.

These days kids have years to get properly trained for thuggery without worrying about the legal system so that by the time they are 18 they are professional thugs. It is like socialist studies in schools.
Stand them up against a wall and shoot them. End of problem. They'll never offend again. In fact, the little fuckers won't so much as spit on the sidewalk.
The other offender was not taken into custody because he is a juvenile...
