Hey, the market's hot right now...

THE VILLAGE, Okla. (KFOR) – A house damaged in a fire on Sunday was up for sale at the Oklahoma County Treasurer’s Resale this week.
A man bought it for $100,000, but one citizen voiced his concern because the buyer didn’t know there was fire damage.

  1. Was the fire on Sunday or was the house for sale on Sunday?

  5. When "we're not breaking the law when we do this" is your defense, you're almost certainly up to no good. OTOH, it's an auction where you can buy a house sight unseen. Kinda rolling the dice there.

$100,000 for what looked like a decent sized house? DAMN it must be cheap to live there...I haven't seen houses that size at that price point since the late 1980s.
