Missouri Governor Will Sign Bill Nullifying Federal Gun Laws

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson will sign newly passed legislation that would ban state law enforcement agencies from enforcing new federal gun laws following proposed rulemaking from the Biden administration to regulate firearms with stabilizing braces.

  1. More states need to join in. Last I looked the states governments were to be more powerful than the federal .gov. Look were we are now?

  3. Despite the hoopla of passage of the NH Senate Bill 154, a bill similar to the article title, I can't find any recent news on the status.
