I'm thinking that you can do calculations to determine the amount of buoyancy needed to float the tractor. I'm also thinking that these guys either didn't bother or got the sums wrong.

DeleteI think that comment is universal and no translation really is needed. Something along the lines of low intelligence and fecal matter.
DeleteThey speak in Spanish with a Mexican lilt. The end comment that generates the laughter roughly translate as; "She was called a Machine".
