Federal Judge Blocks DACA

Immigrants and advocates are urging Democrats and President Joe Biden to quickly act on legislation to protect young immigrants after a federal judge in Texas on Friday ruled illegal an Obama-era program that prevents the deportation of thousands of them brought into the U.S. as children.

    Other than leftists packing the courts I'm surprised that DACA wasn't ruled unconstitutional immediately. It effectively was a retroactive veto against the existing immigration laws. To put it in perspective, suppose a president decided not to enforce any of the federal firearm statues (since they all violate the 2nd), how long would it be before Democrats completely lost their minds over it?
