How to finish the government's job of destroying your business

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — No proof of vaccine, no entry without a mask. It’s a new policy some Sacramento businesses are adopting for safety reasons as concern over the Delta variant increases.

Business owners said this is also about staying open.

  1. "Safety" has nothing to do with it.

  3. I'm fine with them killing their business and themselves. It's not a free country, but they're free to do that.

  4. I know this is a bit long, and I apologise for that but, from a friend in California, these notices have been handed around, with some success:
"I have made it clear through my lawyer that I would demand the status of all employee's, and accepted customer's, health conditions in regards to other forms of communicable diseases. We would demand information on employees and accepted customers with HIV, hepatitis, STDs, measles, mumps and so on. My lawyer already has the papers drawn up so they could be served straight away, and part of the suit would be to force the company to make immediate policies to section off employees who had any illness they could spread, including the common cold. If responsibility is being taken to stop the spread of covid-19 on the premises, there is now a liablility to stop the spread of anything else."
As I understand it, California is the most litigous state in the USA, and I am awaiting an update from him regarding further actions.
Meanwhile, here in the plague island of Britain, we are receiving conflicting information and advice from different government Ministers,. I bet our political masters are more moronic than your political masters.

    1. I'd take that bet, if not for the fact that most our moronic master's ideas come from your side of the pond.

    3. At this point in time is there really a difference between a high school dropout and a public university graduate?
