DOTHAN, Ala. — An Alabama man is accused of breaking into an acquaintance’s home to sexually assault her, and later was found in possession of more than 400 pairs of used women’s panties, authorities said.
Maybe he's a retail distributor since it looks like there's a large market for lady's skivvies scent dispencing devices. In fact they’re probably a lot more arousing than frangipani incense sticks:
