Appeals court upholds Tennessee's abortion waiting-period

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A federal appeals court on Thursday upheld Tennessee’s 48-hour waiting period for women seeking abortions, arguing that opponents had failed to identify instances where a woman had been significantly burdened by the requirement.

  1. Now they have a waiting period, do that now need a NICS check, that they have to pay for?

    1. Maybe we start demanding daddy contact info for future costs?

I've got mixed feelings. 60some terminated unborn so far. If you want to stop it start throwing up procedural steps like this, same as the left does to other things. Make it more expensive. Hearbeat bills.

But 60some terminated unborn. We know what the vast majority were, dependocrats. Many would be our future violent and race focused criminals.

  2. This article reminded me of an argument on a Hawaiian news channel. It was a pro vaccine person dumping on anti vaccine people. Some one wrote and said what happened too my body, my choice. She wrote back and said the vaccine protects lives of others where as abortions hurt no one. That's the god honest truth. I read that about a month ago on Maui News.
