Doing his part to keep the rents down in the 'hood

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (KFOR) – Midwest City Police are investigating after an officer shot a suspect who was seen firing multiple guns in the air Friday morning. 

Multiple witnesses told KFOR they heard gunshots and saw a man walking through the streets and parking lots holding a rifle and shooting it indiscriminately, not appearing to aim at any particular target. MORE

    I'm not in LE, but I think the officer waited too long to shot the guy?
    This is the 2nd video I've seen this weekend where the taser did not work - what's up with that?

      Taser doesn't work about 30% of the time on a good day. Depends on person's level of intoxication, medication, fucked-uppedness. Clothing. Fucked up nerves. Fat. Pain tolerance. May not be a good conductor for the electricity.

      On a bad day, like cold weather or during other times when lots of clothing is worn, Tasers can be as high as 80% ineffective.
