I'm just picturing all the bad that could have happened. I helped investigate a crash where some kids went joy riding and missed a curve. They were both thrown out. She ended up next to the car which was on its side. She got up on her hands and knees, then the car, a convertible, fell on her. We could see where she thrashed about in her final moments, digging her fingers in the soil after the door landed on her neck. The guy walked away from the accident with some fractures, and left her funeral with a broken jaw.
Think it ran up a guy-wire for the telephone pole and driver ditched by opening drivers door which gives appearance it is balanced on door. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! And I'm thinking the incident was proceeded by the phrase "hold my beer!"
I saw a similar one coming back from the VA hospital only this car was balanced on the guy wires. When I got there the FD was just trying to get it off the Wires.
Must be my imagination, but it looks like that car is balanced on a golf bag.
ReplyDeleteBTDT. As a passenger, of course. A ten mile hike in cowboy boots followed. Ohio Guy
