No more free rides in Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - Evictions in Tennessee continue to rise since the CDC moratorium ended in July.

Even though a new moratorium was issued by the CDC, that does not apply in Tennessee because of a ruling by a sixth circuit federal court.

    1. Las Vegas... Not all southern people look and act like what you see on People of Walmart. But we are all just redneck enough that we are not to be messed with.

  2. If people were smart they would have saved their rent checks over the past year and use it as a down payment for a home. The same home that they trashed while living there rent free and therefore can be bought cheap.

  4. IIRC, SCOTUS has already ruled that CDC did not have the authority to order and eviction moratorium, so CDC's order is not valid anywhere in the US.
