Sunday Video 2

Shit, why not fish with live bait instead of spending a shitload of money on something like that?

The challenge of lure fishing is to fool the fish with an artificial lure, you know, like bouncing a rubber worm off the bottom to mimic a leech, eel or live worm. Crap like this takes the fun out of it.

  1. Hell, with a lure pulling my bobber around like that, I might not need to catch an actual fish...

  2. I'm gonna loose it within the first three casts, for sure.

    1. Well, if it's loose, you might indeed lose it.

  3. If it works on the biggins at 10 bucks not much more than other lures.

  4. Maybe it takes the fun out of it, but technically its pretty impressive.

  5. That thing is gonna just wrap itself around a limb or something underwater and be lost. When I fish brush tops for crappie I use jigs instead of minnows for exactly this reason. Minnow will tangle you as it runs from the fish. Jig will just go up and down.

  6. Can't use live bait where i live. Pricy but I'm going to try it.

  7. It's designed to first catch the fisherman, and maybe or not catch a fish. Clever these lure makers are.

  8. Lures are designed to cath fishermen, not fish.

  9. Might as well just use Dynamite. I find it is much more efficient and leaves more time for drinking beer.

  10. The fish remain as they have for thousands of years, but the bait gets smarter. Someone will come up with an app where they can "fish" from their living room, watch it all on TV, and have the fish delivered by Amazon in 1 to 2 days... fried and smothered in onions and potatoes. And they will never have to step out in those yucky old woods where God knows what is waiting for them... Jason... Bigfoot... a spider.

  11. I think this would be great in a crowded pool, dropping into the kids bathtub, or put into a crock pot full of water at the next potluck.
