A Washington man serving time for a wild police chase found himself sharing a cell with the convicted child rapist who had once victimized his sister – so he killed him.
Shane Goldsby, 26, was sentenced to more than 24 years in prison Tuesday for the murder of Robert Munger, a 70-year-old who was serving a 43-year sentence for his child sex crimes, according to local reports.
BC featured that story earlier this week and I share the same opinion as others in that Goldsby was intentionally placed with the didler for some extrajudicial whackin. Ohio Guy
When is he up for parole? If I was on the parole board, I might be receptive to arguments he's not that dangerous (when not behind the wheel) to people who didn't rape his sister.
Justice as it should be.

ReplyDeleteI should drop some coin in his piggy bank!
ReplyDeletePersonally I think Goldsby should be given credit for taking out the trash and get steak once a week for the rest of his confinement.

If it was my Sister I would have stomped his head between the bars until his brains came out. Good on him

Man talk about set up. What ta fuck else was the guy supposed to do? Of course he killed him. I don't see where he had a choice.
ReplyDeleteWe obviously should be sending money to his books so he can get candy bars and stuff. Hell, the guards probably already are.

ReplyDeleteAnd it turned out nice again!
ReplyDeleteAlways like a happy ending.
I think I may have waited a few days until we were both back on the street. But maybe that's just me.
ReplyDeleteI would not have voted to convict if I were on that jury, but maybe that's just me. Is one to let God sort out.
ReplyDeleteWhat else could you do, if you're a Man.
ReplyDeleteHe should be released for time served and suspend his license for a year.
