Someone I used to know, can't say who, would toss fish guts on a neighbors roof as pay back for his cats shitting all over his flower beds and garden. Used to draw cats from everyhere to his roof.
Anywhere there are seagulls, a large bag of corn chips emptied over the car of someone who has been obnoxious can be very entertaining. Got that bit of advice here, maybe?
