Is it raining or are people applauding as the car passes? I've watched it several times and I can't work out what is interesting about it. I'm sure that someone will explain it to me.
I think they are speaking an unfamiliar language. It sounds like Farsi. Then there is the child babbling in the foreground with multiple adult voices in the background. This short video is all messed up,
