Westmoreland PD never fails to disappoint

LAFAYETTE, TN (WSMV) - A police officer in Westmoreland, TN, has been arrested after being charged with solicitation of a female minor. 

The Westmoreland police chief confirmed to News4 that Sgt. Dominic Mancino was arrested and that Mancino was under investigation by TBI since April 12.

Westmoreland is 10 miles to the west of us, a small town of about 2300 people. Last year I ran an article where one of their female cops roughed up a guy already in handcuffs, got fired for it, then was re-hired in another position, city dogcatcher, I believe.

    Yeah, I'm related to about half of Westmoreland by marriage. It's a weird place.

    Damned fool. He should have run for office as a Dim-ocrat. He would be lauded as a fine politician, maybe be elected as president.
