Williamson County Schools warns teachers of “sick-out” repercussions
FRANKLIN, TN (WSMV) - Williamson County Schools said some teachers were expected to call out sick in protest of the mask mandate made at Tuesday's chaotic school board meeting.
WCS reported more than 130 certified employees were out across 51 schools, but they said for a Friday, that's normal.
"The morale was just really low, and that breaks my heart," WCS mother Mary Kate Anderson Brown said.
We are all in situations we don't want to be in. All this bubbly everybody has to feel good all the damn time, it's bullshit, there were days it was storming or freezing cold but I got my ass up at 4 am and went to work. I hate no pity for pathetic crybabies JD
Geez, imagine if they were regular folks who could be fired for pulling something like that. One would imagine that they might be a bit more responsible.
It's crybaby shit, oh I, me, my it's bullshit. Want to walk out, good just fucking do it. Why is it required to be a drama queen about it ? Boomer huh, well let's get this straight, whiny bitches, crybabbies and drama queens will never be on my side. So suck it up buttercup JD
Having been a teacher in the public school system, in NJ of all places, I can state with absolute confidence that the upper administration are political appointees, or nepotistic inserts, who make sure that the PTB maintain control of the education system. Even the individual school's admin, the Principal, Vice Principal (or what ever you call the second in command in your district)will dance to whatever the Superintendent dictates, because they hope to move up to the ivory tower some day. For the most part, the PTA's and the Board of Educations, are run by the Karens of the town, and control through intimidation, and simply ignoring the parents; either closing down meetings or having the local LEO's remove those who they see as a threat.
Quit wearing masks, you have more power then you realize....

ReplyDeleteThis doesn't have to do with crybabies, it is teachers fighting back, and for once they are on the right side of something.
You sound like a boomer, maybe you should learn when to support people on your side

Maybe we should send hot, warm cookies to the taliban, too.
ReplyDeleteRefusing to participate in humiliation rituals is a human right.
ReplyDeleteParents with children in public education are unfit. No exceptions.
