Your Monday Morning Florida Report

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A 22-year-old man from Georgia is facing multiple charges after shooting at two men Tuesday on South Beach, killing one of the victims. 

Tamarius Blair Davis Jr., of Norcross, Georgia, faces charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. According to the arrest report, Davis confessed to shooting at both victims randomly and said he was high on mushrooms, which made him feel empowered.

    Ya any time I want to feel empowered I goes out and kills a honky. It aint racist, it aint a hate crime cuz only honkies can be racist or do the hate crime thing. What I do is culturals.

    When one has this "According to the arrest report, Davis confessed to shooting at both victims randomly and said he was high on mushrooms, which made him feel empowered." the next phase is the sentencing phase with penalty carried out in 30 days. ANY lawyer arguing for "extenuating circumstances" (due to drugs/mushrooms) should have license revoked.
