BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Documents obtained from the Baltimore City Police Department reveal what neighbors heard the night 6-year-old Da’Neria and 8-year-old Davin Thomas may have been killed and the frightening scene that officers found when investigating a foul smell coming from the apartment.

When you eliminate capital punishment, you get more evil people doing evil things.
