ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. (WBKO) - On Wednesday, an Allen County man was arrested and charged with attempted murder after being accused of firing shots at his son-in-law.
Did I read that right? The "victim" had a court order out against him, he threatened to kill the man and his daughter, after which the man shot at him? That isn't attempted murder, it's attempted justifiable pesticide. The "victim" needs to be charged with violation of the court order.
They didn't mention the dad's son-in-law was also his older brother.
ReplyDeleteNah that is illegal in KY. You are thinking of New York, Massachusetts, or some of them others states where this is still protected by law.
DeleteBog, you never fail to entertain.
DeleteWord on the street is that the argument was over the last Mountain Dew in the fridge and the small line of meth on the stripper's booty.
ReplyDeleteTwo shots and only attempted? Was it windage?

ReplyDeleteHe was.
DeleteBeing Kentucky there is no "attempt". It's either kill the sob or not.
