Nobody Is Coming to Save California

In the end, it wasn’t really even close.

California Governor Gavin Newsom easily survived his recall election on Tuesday, with voters rejecting his ouster by nearly two-to-one. The results won’t be official until next month, but as of now, the “no recall” vote leads by a resounding 27 percentage points. By any account, it was a big win for the third-rate politician who is utterly incapable of making a public statement without resorting to platitudes and clichés.

  1. I don't think it was the voters. I think it was the machines. Rigged. Just like for the presidential election. It is just not worth it to go vote anymore.

    1. It was just a badly run recall. The potential replacements were assorted shades of weirdo - for the most part. Nobody really had any major name recognition, nobody had any "cool" factor. Nobody really had much of an organization.

Then when Newsom was able to frame it as a head-to-head duel with Larry Elder, it was a done deal. They didn't even need the shenanigans.

    1. Nope. It's who nominates the candidates.

  3. This should sound the death knell for the Normies who keep wanting to "VOTE MORE HARDERER!!!!"
as if it's ever going to work.

The "election" of ciphers like Gropey Dopey Joe and Gabbin' Nuisance is just the Left, rubbing your nose in the fact that they don't care if you can see the fraud from space, because they're going to do it forever.

  4. The deep Dummycrat pockets put up at least $100 million
All I saw were commercials featuring all the rich and famous stumping for Newsom I don’t recall seeing one Larry Elder campaign ad I also think there was a lot of trepidation amongst Republican voters because of the Arnold Schwarzenegger fiasco so they sat out the vote

  5. The outcome of the recall was determined before the ink was even dry on the petitions. TINVOWOOT. There will NEVER be an honest election in America again...not until we burn the entire system down, exterminate those in power and start again. Somehow I just don't see that happening.

  6. It is physically impossible for any sane person to care less. When the international "party" that these useful idiots support, by agreeing to participate in these sham "elections", Ruby Ridges them, the world will be a momentarily brighter place. By being less dim. Darwin's Even More Special Awards.

    1. You do realize I left California, right? RIGHT?
I've seen more native Tennesseans do a whole lot more to fuck up my new home than I would even consider doing myself.

    2. How can Californians avoid moving to your area if you don't identify where your area is?

Asking for a friend who is thinking about leaving California.

  8. What kind of moron believes these are reliable? Santa Claus is not real and neither is your voting contribution.

  9. Not my quote, though I cannot recall where I first saw it - "If voting mattered, they wouldn't let us do it".
