 As anybody who has shot a lot of wheelguns can tell you, training the low thumb grip is a virtual necessity to prevent injury and maintain control of the gun, but there are a lot of practical reasons to carry that technique over into shooting semi-autos. In this episode, Bill and Mas talk about the physiology and functionality of the low thumb grip when it comes to weapon retention, recoil stability, and other advantages.
