    1. Too true. On top of that the MN State Supreme Court down graded the conviction of Noor who is guilty. I'm so glad I was able to get out of the People's Republic of Minneosta over 22 years ago.

    2. Probably no riots because colder weather's coming and Biden is sitting in the White House. I refuse to give the asshole the title because as far as I'm concerned Donald J. Trump is president.

  3. Sooner or later his case was going to get before a 'real' court and get reversed.

Only question is, will he get freed before he gets shanked?

    1. He's gonna have to move to New Guinea if he gets out. Dude will have a serious bounty on his head.

  4. Chauvin did the proper thing. Held Floyd on his side so the likely OD vomit wouldn'd spray him and so Floyd would not aspirate the vomit and trash his lungs. That is what probably killed 20+% of the Russians at the Moscow Opera attacked by the Chechen jihadis. The "rescuers" just laid the victims on the sidewalk on their backs. Somach acid and digestive enzymes do really nasty things to lung tissue

Now, police are likely to just let the suspect die in his car. Chauvin might have just upped the ambulance call from "Code 2" (Better Hurry!) to "Code 3" (Lights and Siren) and then backed off to let the ghetto people see what an OD means. That'll teach'em! No good deed goes unpunished.

  5. It is a bs non-issue when you get to the actual facts. First, the issue to be decided is a matter of terminology - how what defined the charge. Second, is the second degree murder charge - the charge he is serving time on. A reversal on the charge in question will have no bearing on this so he's still in jail.

The real issue is the fact that he did not have a fair trial. Between the jury tampering and the obtuse threat of more riots should he not be found guilty he didn't stand a chance.

  6. Officer Derek Chauvin happened to be in the general vicinity while saint george floyd completed his inevitable suicide.
