Same same Canadian. I've known and worked with a lot of Canadians. Good people and your military can kick ass. Politicians on both sides can go straight to hell.
Mosul, 2017. The big guy who steps out for covering fire is Ephraim Mattos who was a Navy SEAL. He had finished up his first tour, decided to get out of the Navy and was literally on terminal leave when he went over there with the Burma Rangers. They didn't have comms with the Iraqi tank driver and later in another video you can see when Ephraim gets shot in the leg and goes down for a minute. The tank is their cover but it's backing up and he just barely got up and out of the way in time.
