NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) – A Sacramento County man is facing up to life in prison after he was found guilty of murdering his foster brother with a samurai sword.
"Foster Brother" is particularly vague. And the last names are all surprisingly common. Makes me wonder if whatever led to the "foster" finally bloomed in the adult child. The contibution of "unusual" parents finally got loose?
The real crime here was cultural appropriation. An apparently white guy using a Japanese samurai sword? How gauche and insensitive. I am surprised that this particularly aggravating special circumstance was not cited in the trial.
