ReplyDeleteThe sound quality is really good, too!
I love me some good blues!
ReplyDeleteI was fortunate to see Muddy and (mostly?) this lineup at a Street Scene event in my town in '79. Does not get better than this.
ReplyDeleteI was there. The encore was amazing, but took long enough that all the Suburban Clapton (cocaine) fans had left. The fools.
ReplyDeleteJust to follow up to my own note. What I was thinking of as the Encore was the after concert concert. It was one song (Mannish Boy?) and lasted well over an hour. There must have been thirty musicians on the stage, and they all got their own solo.
