Pretty sure that's a shotgun shooting #7 shot or similar. And looked like she was in a secluded area. As long as there's nothing behind (or behind and to the sides) it should be ok.
When my sons were in High School I found myself in the business of taking their various girlfriends and girl friends to the range. We implemented a "fully dressed" rule. No tank tops, no open toed shoes. We'd start them off with either .22's or .410's and let them work their way up teaching them how to manage recoil. I even went out and bought a 20 guage youth model 870 that they really enjoyed. I found that when you teach them correctly and don't go around setting them up with weapons they can't handle for sadistic fun that you can actually convert anti gunnners to pro gun girls who enjoy both the hobby and the ability to defend themselves. Several of those girls have open invitations to borrow the 20 guage if they want to go shooting or hunting. They're all post college now and some are married but I have to say that phase of my shooting life was probably the most fun.
As the proud owner of my husband’s favorite brass catchers, I would advise every woman not wear a tank top. At some point you’re going to be in line for hot brass - no sense in endangering the girls.
Never understood why women show up with there tits hanging out. Not that I'm complaining but Yer gonna shoot a weapon that ejects hot rounds with six inches of cleavage showing? Just kind of a stupid thing to do.

#1. I don't get all these videos of girls getting hot brass down their shirts. I've been shooting pistols all my life and I've never, not once, been hit in the chest by an ejected case and I've never seen it happen to anyone else.
