Some people's kinks, I swear...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Police have increased patrols in a Sacramento neighborhood after several reports of women finding underwear on their windshield wipers.

Caity Maple said it happened to her five times in less than a month. The first time was on Sept. 4 as she was walking up to her car with her boyfriend.

  1. What is not to like? A complement and free goodies.

When the bill comes due, just relax and think of the Peoples' Republic of Kalifornia. All the ghetto trash are finding they tru selves.

Sorry to "chuckle", but you are now experiencing the new Peoples' Land of the Fruits and Nuts. The climate seems to attract them.

A question however. Were they mens' or women's undies? Just askin'.

Enjoy your asylum. Don't move here and then vote for more of the same.

  2. Sounds like someone she knows and is close to. She might want to look at rainbow woman she knows. This day and age nothing would surprise me.

    1. According to the article it's happened to more than one woman. And if they're like Caity they're all young and attractive.
A smart pervert wouldn't want to put women's panties on Mongo's car.

  3. Her boyfriend's DNA is probably all over those panties. Sounds like the work of a jilted and scorned nutjob.

  4. If the undies were used then there ought to DNA the cops ought to be able to use that .If new undies were left old fashioned police work should help to solve the puzzle Maybe Cali needs undies with serial numbers and a three day cooling off period? And no Hi capacity assault undies !

  6. I’m guessing one of the people offering to help put up cameras is the freak dropping their drawers on the windshield. The culprit always returns to the scene of the crime. At least that’s what I’ve heard.

  7. The money quote is, "Maple said whoever is responsible has to be spending a lot of money because the garments are from Victoria's Secret, and each one appears to be brand new." Really? She obviously has no idea how often VS gets thousands of dollars worth of overpriced undies stolen.

  8. Hope this serial behavior doesn't escalate to something deadly.
Have only been to CA a few times to stay in the Sierras: I imagine SoCal is unrecognizable
