One video from a year or more ago, they were leading a German guy away after he got hit with a high power water stream in the face during a protest. Both eyes were gone, kinda gory footage.
I see why they didn't upgrade our hydrants. I wonder what a turret and pump for the front porch would cost. Maybe one of them obsolete trucks that carries Santa in the City parades..... You know, Holiday Spirit, and all.
