Officers said a 51-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting. Police say he was driving through the alley behind Music City Vintage along Gallatin Avenue around 7:30 p.m. when two people, suspected to be in their teens or early twenties, opened fire on him.
So the later reporting stated that the driver was lured into the alley by the young woman. The video clearly shows the driver slowing down for the young woman just before he was attacked by her gentle giant friend and chivalrous protector. I am guessing a set up for a robbery, but I am naturally suspicious of some segments of society that appear to have become increasingly entitled and empowered by BLM justifiably reacting to the wanton scourge of white supremacist systemic racism. Yeah, that's it.
ReplyDeleteI live on a dead end road and many have come through thinking they could bypass the red-light just past here. The clearly, 3 signs, posted speed limit is 25mph along with a dead end sign but occasionally some asshole comes flying through trying to skip past that intersection I mentioned. We are a pretty tight knit neighborhood and I know most everyone that lives on this half mile street and it's not unusual for us to stop the asshole on their way back letting them know we aren't putting up with them speeding through and they are not going to come back to do it or they're not like the reception next time. One asshole actually called the cops and said he was being threatened so cop shows up, we, 3 or 4 of us, explained the situation with the asshole, the estimated speed ashole was doing, insisted he be arrested to the cop, 20 mph over posted speed in a residential area is subject to arrest, seizure of license and tow of offending vehicle. As cop was handcuffing asshole we told him we don't threaten and enjoy his trip to the detention center, asshole. Some people 🙄
