ORANGE BEACH, AL. - Lifeguards in Alabama helped one elderly woman have some great beach days despite not being able to make it on her own down to the sand.
Orange Beach Surf Rescue helped Ms. Dottie, 95, down to the beach every day for one week so she could put her toes in the sand.

My mother-in-law loved the beach and one day I carried her from the car down to the surf so she could dabble her toes in the water. It turned out to be her last beach trip. Those are good boys.
Probably a bunch of Yankees ("DamnYankees", my wife used to say to me) on a Summer job. Thoughtful, though. Smooth and easy. Nicely done.
