Biden Admin Amassing Millions of Records on US Gun Owners Amid New Crackdown on Firearms
The Biden administration in just the past year alone stockpiled the records of more than 54 million U.S. gun owners and is poised to drastically alter gun regulations to ensure that information on Americans who own firearms ultimately ends up in the federal government's hands, according to internal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Let's all put our NRA membership sticker on our front door.
ReplyDeleteCriminals will then only visit anyone without that sticker: anti-gun democrats.
The meme that comes to mind is if they're treating us like this now, imagine if we were unarmed.
ReplyDeleteKing Biden has spoken.
ReplyDeleteWon't affect me! I made sure to get my name on the list, before this happened.
ReplyDeleteI remember back in 1967-8 before the gca of 68 was passed , my mom wanted dad to go and buy a handgun before they try to take them away. she didn't trust the gov't back then even.
ReplyDeleteand anyone that does trust any gov't failed history class as history is full of those clowns going against their own people. I think the part that pissed her off the most was that it was based on what the nazi's did in 1934. funny thing that, 1934 was when the nfa was passed here in this country. I think they want to be like oz where only they have guns and we do not.
that never works out in favor of the people, just the clowns in power.
Let's go Brandon. Add my name to your list.

THIS is why we have firearms,
ReplyDeleteand'
THIS is why we WILL use them.
So, where is this storage center and what's the security? Within M79/M203 range? LAW range? (Those things are getting old and need gotten rid of.)
ReplyDeleteIt has been in the federal register for decades that records less than 20 years old are turned over to the ATF when an FFL is surrendered, aka going out of business.
ReplyDeleteRecords over 20 years old can be purged by the FFL holder and need not be retained.
This is nothing more than click bait. This has been the norm for years and years and years at this point. It's been that way for at least 20 years.
If you are a gun owner and didn't know this already, then you have not been paying attention.
If you are only getting worked up now, then welcome to the party bud, where the hell have you been? You are part of the reason this is happening.
You missed the part that was new. Read the whole article. The important new part was the ATF getting the records immediately and permanently, not if the business goes under.
DeleteATF probably makes a copy of the 4473 during the background check process (unconstitutional infringement). Now they don't have to hide it anymore.
DeleteI stopped buying from dealers when I realize how fast gun stuff depreciates out the door. I would be lucky to get even half of the value of my optics despite them being safe queens and prefer to shop on the used market for safe queens.
As for records: I burned, yes, I literally BURNED all of the bill of sale records for anything I've sold in the past. I have no legal duty to keep them in Texas and that kind of paperwork is dangerous these days. I consider burning the records as a part of keeping my oath of enlistment, despite it being such a small thing.
My first reaction was the same as above. this is nothing new. Has been done for quite some time now.
ReplyDeleteThey have ALL my data. (Pano, prints, DNA, retinal scan, facial recognition, scars and tats). I am on many lists, WTF is one more. I held a TS clearance in the Army.
ReplyDeleteBring it ass holes. And remember take 5 with you if you can when you go out.
They can go fucking piss up a rope. Fuck them and the assholes they came out of
ReplyDeleteWashington free bacon?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the ATF has records of those that own F-15's and nukes, amiright?
