  1. ...and this where the phrase "first we have to kill all of the lawyers" comes from.

What the lawyers aren't getting is that their client's are and will be further dragged through the mud, especially in a civil trial where the "standards" are much lower than in criminal trials.

With the millions that Rittenhouse is going to be awarded for the settlements from defamation lawsuits that he files, he can hire the absolute best attorney's that will delay, delay, delay and countersue until they either run out of money or just give up.

  4. Right on cue.....anyone with the IQ of soap knew that once the criminal case ended the civil lawsuits would start. And there will be dozens of them. It will take years for this to come to a conclusion. And while Kyle Rittenhouse was fortunate to get an honest judge for his criminal trial there aren't a lot of honest judges out there. The odds are he gets screwed into the ground by these civil suits.

  5. "Denver attorney Milo Schwab represents two of those who were shot."

Technically, the most he can represent is one of those who was shot and the estate of one other.

  6. Depends upon the laws of the state. I have no clue the laws of WI.

Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Section 83.001 says that if you use force, or deadly force that’s justified in self-defense, defense of others, or defensive property, you’re immune from civil liability for personal injury or death that results.
