Facebook Blocks Search Results for ‘Kyle Rittenhouse’

Despite massive public interest in the court proceedings in Kenosha, Wisconsin, this week, Facebook has blocked search results for the name “Kyle Rittenhouse.” Facebook shows zero posts when the query “Kyle Rittenhouse” is entered into the social media platform’s search bar. A message appears that states that “832,000 people are talking about this,” but no results show up.

This is true, I tried it myself.
However, if you type in Rittenhouse Kyle, his last name first, you get this back:

  1. Way to go. That's a neat trick.
Unfortunately I can't use it as I don't use the platform you speak of, but it might come in handy someplace else someday.

  2. Facefuck has blocked all mentions and memes of Kyle ever since he made the world a better place. I've been put in FB jail twice for trying to post memes about him. One was just a drawing of him with no caption.

  3. And the lawyers from a firm doing some commentary on PBS have informed facebitch that they are in breech of contract.

  4. What's pitiful is the huge number of people that use FB as a primary news source. Something like 1/3rd of Americans. Many know they can only see what Zuckerberg approves of, and they like it. If Americans had principles they would be leaving FB and finding alternatives. All most Americans have is a price now, principles are too costly.

    1. Urge your friends and family to delete their StoopidBook accounts completely. FB has done more harm to this country in the last few years than anything else.

      Yeah, that can't be good!

  5. Big Tech are mostly run by the same sorts of people (politically speaking, of course).

YouTube shut down the Rekieta Law channel in the middle of their livestream on the Rittenhouse trial. The stated reason was for some sort of copyright violation, but the real reason was almost certainly because Rekieta Law had nearly 100,000 people listening in real time, while the "official" news channels had less than one third of that audience. RL had commentary by a number of lawyers, as well as viewer comments. The official channels tended to show only the (corrupt) prosecution's arguments, and did not allow comments.

    Draw your own conclusions.
