This is the first real sign of my country rising back up out of the sludge I have felt in years. Anyone who bothered to watch the videos that were coming out ON THE NIGHT and thereafter had to KNOW it was pure self defense. The idea that he had to go through all this has been so demoralizing. Any DA in MY country would have done the investigation and declined to prosecute this young man.
