Delete5th circus court of eels just upheld the stay the previous judge ruled as grievously unconstitutional. Now we need to get the other horseshit squashed about government contractors and subcontractors because that is one shit load of construction workers and truck drivers that are going to lose their jobs.

This one of the many reasons why I left Maui. My wife and I called them brown shirts. They have no power but are acknowledged by the police dept through some voluntary sign up status. If they call of an infraction the police arrive. This program started over a year ago. At 7:30a a friend of mine opened his doors and was stocking his shelves in his pool supply store. Actual posted opening hours are 8a. Three cop cars converge and he was nearly shut down. He said, I'm not open, I'm stocking shelves and if someone had come to the door I'd have put the mask you see hanging around my neck on. He figured one of the brown shirts walking by the store had reported him.
ReplyDeleteThe 5th circuit court ruling is irrelevant. The left committed the Crime Of The Century a year ago stealing the election....and got away with it. There is nobody in any position of power to hold them accountable for that blatant crime. Do you think they give a rats ass about the opinion of three annoying judges from the south? They will double down and continue to push for enforcement of their edict to poison EVERYONE in America and there is nobody to stop them. The courts have absolutely no mechanism to impose their rulings. They have always relied on the Executive Branch to do that. Do you really believe that the lefts personal KGB ala the FBI and JustUs Department are going to allow this ruling to be enforced?
