My old county does something right for a change

Leaders in Stanislaus County are taking a stand against COVID-19 vaccine passports.

The county Board of Supervisors passed a resolution this week banning county facilities from requiring proof of vaccination. They said people should have the right to make their own health decisions.

  1. Looks like Massachusetts is about to implement a passport mandate. Lucky for me, I'll be leaving here soon...

  2. Recent escapee from the People's Republic of Vermont and loving South Carolina so far except I haven't been able to find my favorite RYO. Small price to pay.

Very few people even screwing around with masks here which only makes it easier to ID the dwindling and near permanently disgruntled/uncomfortable looking leftist sheep.

  3. Yeah, you'll notice that they apply that to county facilities, NOT to private businesses. So there's still no protection for businesses that want to defy the state mandate. I.E. If the local corner store doesn't require vaccine proof, they can still get fined, shutdown, and otherwise harassed out of existence by the state level goons.
