Commentary: Escape to a Good State, but Don’t Ruin It

My elementary and high school teachers never did a good job of explaining American federalism. They left me and, I suspect, many of my fellow students confused. Perhaps they were a little confused themselves: If the federal government’s laws are supreme and can overrule state’s laws, why not just have all laws uniformly adopted at the federal level?

  1. I went to high school in Tennessee and I had an awesome history teacher. Bill Gray, finally retired last year, taught Tn History and was a Civil War savant. We learned states rights and sovereignty. He had us doing election research in the 88 presidential election. I only wished I had paid more attention back then. The people I went to school with, that are now teachers... God help us they are moronic leftist who wouldn't see truth if it hit them in the face. I live in Missouri now, there are a lot folks from California, Oregon, and Washington moving out here and buying large farms. but they are so dumb they end up cutting hay in the rain...

  2. We have blue state invaders (hell, even Nancy Piglousy bought a mansion here in United, Florida!) Much to our dismay, these people who move here feel it is just not good enough for them because “back home we have ….” I always tell them, “I-75 goes north”. Some get it, some don’t.

Don’t move to Florida! There’s a reason we have “Florida Man” - don’t force us to unleash him on yer sorry ass!

    1. Good one on "a reason we have Florida Man." Environment shaping the individual is not limited to weird.

  3. There should be a law stating all residents of Blue States are prohibited from leaving for any reason. They wanted it, they voted it in, so let them reap the rewards.

  6. Infiltrating free states with masses of commie voters is a major strategy of the left. It's not an accident.

  7. You are running from your own immorality and spiritual starvation. You are not better than them, you just have a different sickness of the mind than the left.

And to those who have the ear: Listen to what the Angels of the Churches are saying.

  8. You get what we have now if uniformity is federal.
