Gov. Gavin Newsom is facing criticism for leaving the state earlier in the week to travel and promote his new children's book. On Thursday, he pushed back at some of those critics with some crime statistics.
The governor was asked about the series of high-profile smash-and-grab robberies in California and the criticism that his state is “soft on crime.”
"Promote his new children's book"... Quid pro gotta have 10,000 copies for CA school districts dontchaknow? The graft and grifting in these fuckers is astounding!!
Book contracts/deals.... Just legal ways to payback.... Politicians for graft and corruption.... Kinda like political campaign contributions.,,, to candidates that have no way in hell of being elected.
