Only in California would $4.29 be considered a bargain

GALT (CBS13) – There’s nothing that says you’re wallet is getting low like the sounds of filling up your gas tank. But drivers in Galt are getting an early Christmas present.

“This is a Christmas bonus to all of my local friends who supported us,” said Kishore Avula.

  1. It would be nice if the State of California would say "Merry Christmas and Thank You" to it's taxpayers by suspending the taxes and cap and trade fee on gasoline between now and the end of the year. Like that would ever happen.

    3. Smoking pot good. Using fossil fuels to drive to work while contributing to society bad.

    2. And less than three bucks in Portland, TN with several stations there at $2.93. Why is Portland so cheap?

  4. Cheapest gas in town is $4.14; branded gas runs as much as $4.89 for Reg. It sucks and doesn't have to be this way....it's ALL BIDEN'S FAULT! TG I've driving a Prius Plug-In. Best of both worlds.

  5. "Save $15-$30". 60 cents. Do that many people still have 25 to 50 gallon tanks? (yes, the suburban was 42).
Part of the way to get it back is make everyone who wants a receipt have to go inside. Impulse buys. Slows down the pump use.
    Wa about $3.65-$3.90.
Much as we don't like it, it's still better than north of $5 when war started.
