My son in law had a video doc appointment a couple weeks ago and his Dr wanted to know why he wasn't wearing a mask while in the parking lot in his car. His answer was, "you really are fucking stupid aren't you?" He is now looking for another dr.
Your SIL exceptionally lucky the idiot doc identified himself before the doc did you SIL great harm. I don't think I could have been as kind in my reply. The doc was clearly in the bottom of his or her class. Either way: run, run away. And tell everyone you know about this idiot.
