COLUMBIA, S.C. —
A nurse in Columbia, South Carolina has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of making fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of South Carolina.
"According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, McDonald faces up to 15 years in prison for each count of making fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards, and five years in prison for lying to federal investigators."
Sadly, the hand picked Covidiots on the jury will do as they're told and convict her. I doubt if the defense lawyer will make more than a half-assed attempt to get a not guilty verdict.
I am not sure lawyer but....
ReplyDeleteA quick read of 18 USC 1028 covers fraud of drivers licenses birth certificates passports....documents used to verify one's identity.
It does not seem to cover a card filled out by the cashier at CVS concerning a medical issue.

ReplyDeleteNot if I'm on the jury.
Making fraudulent cards for a fraudulent not-vaxx to satisfy diktats from a fraudulent regime sounds perfectly reasonable to me?! Charges dismissed!
